To realize andgrasp the latest development of Geo information and IoT technologies as well ascreative research achievements in the world.

   2）了解中国市场的需求与发展趋势

To investigate therequirements and development trend of Chinese market,

   3）推进中国企业与欧洲企业、研究机构、大学间的互信合作

To promotetruthful collaboration between universities, institutes and enterprises ofChina and Europe.

   4）负责合作项目的组织实施，包括试验样机、产业化及推广

To be responsiblefor the project management, including prototype, production and promotion.
